A new design project was drawn up in which we straightened the geometry of walls and corners into single clean lines, and aligned the axes of the interior through the lines of the furniture and the wall finishes. A few new sockets and light points were added to the existing ones, and some were shifted slightly — the brief was not to disturb the finished shell left by the developer.

ABOUT SPACE

Apartments for one person, 63 m² in total, in the Soho+Noho residential complex in central Moscow.

The client came to us with a design project already prepared, which he did not like. The apartment already carried the developer's finishes. The task was to create a new design without major structural rework or renovation.
