HOW IT WORKS?

WORK ON THE PROJECT

Designing and delivering an interior project
is a layered process made up of three stages.

1. Design project
2. Procurement
3. Design supervision

Each stage is covered by a separate
contract with its own completion certificates.
Procurement and Design supervision are covered by
separate contracts, but are provided only together.

DESIGN PROJECT

The project is divided into three stages:

1. Layout solutions — days 1–15
2. Interior solutions — days 16–40
3. Working drawings — days 41–60

Based on an area of approximately 200 sq. m.

PROCUREMENT

Significantly cuts the time spent selecting and buying finishing materials, furniture, equipment and decor.
It ensures they arrive on site on time
and keeps the project budget under control.

Procurement is divided into two stages:

1. Preparing the estimate based on the approved 3D visualisations.
It lists key specifications, prices and delivery times.
Supplier tenders where needed.

2. Managing purchases of every item the client has approved.
Approving material samples, checking article numbers,
reviewing supplier contracts, tracking delivery
dates, following the production of bespoke items,
delivery and installation on site with quality control.

DESIGN SUPERVISION

Covers everything needed to deliver the design project
as intended: quality construction work, coordination of every supplier and contractor on site, advising the builders on the project as work goes on, and adjusting the working drawings where necessary. Site visits. Reporting in the chat
and in the supervision log.
